Held within the Hong Kong Fitness & Wellness Expo HYROX is a competition for everybody. The HYROX combination of running and functional fitness invites athletes of all types to join the HYROX family at the AsiaWorld-Expo. Take part in the HYROX fitness racing event 2.0 in the Asia Pacific region and compete with up to 3,000 other athletes at the world’s biggest indoor fitness racing competiton!
Competition schedule is broken into two days:
Day 1: Doubles Men, Doubles Mix, Women and Women Pro, Men Relay, Women Relay, Mixed Relay
Day 2: Doubles Women, Mens and Men Pro
